The Ash Oven group has a double-layered structure to provide more effective heat insulation and to ensure that the outer surface is cooler. In this thermal insulation technique, the air remaining between the case and the inner cell provides second stage insulation. The cover opens upwards to prevent the operator from being harmed at high temperatures and removes the hot surface from the operator. We present you the product range between 1100° C and 1600° C in this group with pictures. Our furnaces operate with an open wire resistance wrapped on a supporting ceramic pipe at temperatures up to 1300°C. The biggest advantage of these models is that resistance replacement is easy and economical. Low thermal mass insulation ensures effective insulation as well as very rapid heating of the oven.
