It is used to measure the wear resistance of aggregate. The device has steel frames supporting the drum. 1 hp electric motor and speed reducer rotate the drum between 30-33 rpm. Wear balls (according to standard weight and size) must be ordered separately. Galvanized Steel tray is for collecting materials. The electronic control panel consists of a start/stop button and a programmable 5-digit digital counter. (The device stops automatically when it reaches the defined number of rotations.
