It is used to turn the salt obtained from its source into tablets after drying in special ovens.
The machine gives the salt its shape by compressing it with two special cylindrical molds moving in opposite directions.
As it is known, salt is hard and has corrosive properties. To prevent this, the molds are made of special alloy steel and an 18 kW engine is used. With a special type reducer of 1/40 ratio, the compression power required by the machine is further increased with this reducer.
The machine can create approximately 12,000 tablets per hour.
