Cone crushers are used to quickly crush bulk materials into small particles. Its working principles occur by breaking it down between two concave and convex shaped conical parts. These parts are made of special material and have a hardness of 55-60 HRC. The material is added into the machine from the funnel-shaped chamber on the top. On average, the machine rotates between 700-850 rpm. This rotation speed can be controlled manually. It is possible to obtain fixed and variable part sizes. These have a wide range of material usage areas; Aggregate, coal, cement, plastic, fly ash etc.

IT IS DESIGNED TO GRIND SAMPLES WITH MAXIMUM 10 MM DIMENSIONS INTO 0.5-1-1.5-2 MM DIMENSIONS.
